UPDATE:  The issue with Lewisville Animal Services has been resolved.  They will continue to test and sterilize their feral cats so Barn Cats, Inc. can place them.  I will not be speaking at the City Council meeting scheduled for this evening.  

I APPRECIATE ANY SUPPORT that was planned but it will not be needed tonight.
