Our Cats after Release:
1.     Whitewright:  Aldo, Margie, and Ms. Whittaker went to Great Pyr Rescue in Whitewright.  All
three are seen recently in her barn.  There is no safer place for cats with a lot of white on them          than at GPR.  Many thanks to Lynette for takes these three.
2.     Godley:  Klim, Mink and Rasha were placed in this barn that is right next to their house.  Food is disappearing and the litter box is being used but they are being illusive.  I’ll bet they are all three still around.
3.     Waxahachie:  Sir, Mister, and Tammy went to this barn where they raise alpacas.  Same as above:  food is disappearing and litter is used, but the cats are bring illusive.  They have seen all of them just at various time...which is OK.

Calls/Emails:   Help Needed in Wichita Falls
Well, Wichita Falls is out of our service area but I called him back anyway.  We talked about how to find placements for the cats that are on his parent’s property.  They had recently passed away and the property is to be sold.  I gave him my best advice and he seemed to be appreciative.  THANK YOU FOR CARING!

BMG:   Our Facebook Page
The person who manages our Facebook page got a note requesting contact info.  The phone number was given to her.  Then – “No one every responded.”  WRONG!   All calls are returned.  She never left a message.  BUT – I called her from her Facebook message and the call went directly into voice mail.  When she called my cell, she really needs an adoption group because the cats are friendly.  When I said that, she HUNG UP ON ME!   OH WELL!  I wanted to tell her how to find an adoption group – so I called her back and left a message, AGAIN!  She sent back a snippy text the next day and never called me back.  What ever!!!!!!

OMG:  Peggy Lane in Gunter
Several years ago I saw this sign in Gunter.  Named after me – OF COURSE!  HA HA!

Elder Care Center Shed:  Update each week!
This week I delivered the tile, paint, and ceiling fan.  We are getting closer and closer each week.  I failed to get pictures of the newly-finished inside when I was there.  I AM BAD!

Calls/Emails:   Cat at Garland Animal Services
I received a call from GAS about a friendly cat that has a microchip registered to Barn Cats…???  Picked her up on Thursday when I was coming back from Emory.  She does not look familiar…so…don’t know.  I got her shots updated and combo tested and she is now with an adoption group in the Lewisville area.  She will do well, for sure.

BMG:   The Return of Kevin
Kevin was trapped at the old Valley View mall area that is now under re-development.  This was last year in March.  I put him with Miss Kitty in a garage in Balch Springs.  Well, Kiss Kitty is now roaming the neighborhood and not staying in the garage.  Kevin “wormed his way” into the house via the elderly mom that lives with the family.   BUT – they need outside cats not inside.  When I took Whitey, Blackie, and Cathy to Batch Springs on Tuesday, I got Kevin back.  He is now with an adoption group since he really in a house cat, for sure.  GOOD JOB, KEVIN!

OMG:  Big Caging in Emory
I delivered 6 cats to Emory in East Texas on Thursday this week.  They have a great cage set up for the relocation so I did not have to leave anything but the cats.  Also there is a cat door in the wall.  Great place for these kids.  5 came in together and I added Margie to the mix.  Great opportunity for them!  Take a look…

Picture from Quinlan Last Week
I could not get this picture to flow last week.  This is Looper, Winter, and Mystery in their barn in Quinlan.  They found a great place to hide.

Weather Has Changed
FINALLY – The trees are blooming and the grass is getting green again.  Thank You, Jesus!

Elder Care Center Shed:  Update each week!
The sheet rock went up this week in Anna.  Work has also begun on the skirting outside to keep critters from getting under it and eating wiring, etc.  I am picking up the tile for the floors on Thursday this week.  I will have inside pictures next Sunday when I do the BLOG.
