Blog 04/09/18 to 04/15/18

Seeking someone to take over Barn Cats, Inc.:  I would like to officially retire as Executive Director in 2019.  I can retain the fundraising pieces but would like to stop the relocations, equipment pickups, phone calls, and emails…the day-to-day stuff.  I will be available for consultation.  If interested call or email Barn Cats…972-315-2875 info@barncats.org

Relocations
Our Cats after Release
Calls/Emails:   Nothing this Week
BMG (Bitch/Moan/Groan):  Computer Problems
OMG (Oh My God):  Nothing this week
Elder Care Center Shed:  UPDATE each week!

Relocations:   I placed 6 this week.  COLD AND MORE COLD!
2          Shed in Double Oak (Randy, Ronny)
2          Shed in Flower Mound (Matt, Sausage)
2          Barn in Prosper (Tinker, Bell)

Our Cats after Release:
1.     Midlothian:  Niles, Tammy, and Frannie went to this workshop area with lots of rat damage in and on the walls.  THE RATS ARE GONE – and there are “parts” around the area.  Niles has a new name – GRUMPY PUSS!  …but they can pet the two girls.
2.     Celina:  Tiger, Mama, and May went to this shed that is more like a castle.  All three were just spotted the morning I was there…so…all is well in Celina.
3.     Gunter:  Lotus, Andrew, and Hollie went to this barn that is right next to the house.  Hollie had made friends with one of the horses.  The boys are being more evasive but the food is disappearing.
4.     Prosper:  Betsy, Tux, Carolyn, and Thomas went to this barn with 2 Great Pyrenes for protection.  Thomas had just that morning left a “present” for the family – dead rabbit.  SO – all is well in Prosper.
5.     McKinney:  Misty, Cameron, James and Jamie went to this workshop/shed.  The equipment was left out so I did not get to see them or get an update.  BUT – there are houses all around this property.

Calls/Emails:   Nothing this week!

BMG:   Computer Problems
There is nothing worse!!!!!!!  I keep losing access to the BLOG and Outlook will “send” but not “receive” emails.  It is being worked on but of course not quick enough.  Keep your fingers crossed.

OMG:  Nothing this Week

Elder Care Center Shed:  Update each week!
The insulation is in, the walls are covered and painted, and the tile is laid.  PROGRESS!
